Two new patterns - Knots and Easter Eggs

I know it's not the season but I couldn't resist the idea when it popped in my head. Prepare early for Easter. And the knots can be used anytime.
They are a bit like another pattern but I only found that out after, but they are a differnt knot so here it is anyway. Have fun!

Zendala Chalange #51

I drew this Mandala on a blue grey paper which was hard to color. It changes all the hues. But I used the Challenge 51 tangle - Fife around the outer edges. This is on 8" square paper. The Fife is so fine I had to use a managing glass to color the black background.

And here is the same Mandala inverted.

Challange 51

I haven't done challanges before but when I tried this pattern I loved it and decided to submitt my test piece. The right side is the actual pattern Fife,  and the left is a simple varriation. I drew on this blue/grey paper and highlighted with a white chalk pencil. This is only 3 inches square.

Gatefold Card

Inspired by my friend Pam who makes a lot of cards, I made these zentangles spicificly for this gatefold card.

Very early mandala Card

Before I learned how to do Mandalas I tried this one on a die cut Doily and then added to a card. This  design is only 3 inches in diameter.

Large Butterfly

I wanted to do a large butterfly for a long time (in zentangle years) and finally made this one. It is on 8 1/2 by 11 inch cardstock.

Lady Bug

I started with a ladybug stamp and it grew from there.

Pentagon birthday Card

I had to try this fold out card so I made it for my grandson, Nathan.

The Eyes have it

I got carried away here but it was fun.
