Zendala Chalange #51

I drew this Mandala on a blue grey paper which was hard to color. It changes all the hues. But I used the Challenge 51 tangle - Fife around the outer edges. This is on 8" square paper. The Fife is so fine I had to use a managing glass to color the black background.

And here is the same Mandala inverted.

  1. So pretty! I love how the fife is shaded so that each segment has a shimmer.

What do mean that the second mandala is inverted? Is it redrawn separately? Is it digitally color-changed? Inquiring minds want to know!

  6. Beautiful Zendalas! It is amazing to see the fun things the computer can do to change colors in a zentangle. You get a whole new look at your work, which can be refreshing and surprising at the same time.
